Ms. Titilayo Arogundade is the first indigenous Practice Administrator at Kenna Partners. She graduated from the Lagos State University with a Bachelors of Arts (B.A) in English and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). She is a committed and motivated individual with exceptional Client service and decision making skills. She currently oversees the administration and day-to-day operations of the Firm, leveraging in-depth knowledge of industry trends and shifts to offer valuable insights on opportunities for new growth and expansion.

Superbly skilled in contract negotiation and process management, she builds and retains high-performance teams whilst developing and motivating skilled professionals within the Firm. With her strong work ethic and professional demeanour, Ms. Arogundade seamlessly upholds implements and maintains Kenna Partners’ culture of excellence.

Her years of experience provide her with the ability to navigate business landscapes with ease. She is passionate about the importance of literacy and partners with charitable organisations seeking to promote it.
